Catarina Ramírez Méndez is a first-generation coffee farmer in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, who built Finca Gomez from small parcels into a thriving 4.3-hectare farm. She and her family grow Caturra and Bourbon varieties beneath a diverse canopy of Gravilea, Chalun and fruit trees.
