Coffee plants here are cultivated amongst the native trees, offering ideal shade and conditions for these plants to thrive. Tomas Pinacho , our featured producer in Santa Cruz, Ozolotepec, works the first coffee farm ever started in the area, utilizing coffee trees planted by his father decades ago.
