The Sao Francisco Yellow Bourbon has a low acidity with intense sweetness and incredibly clean finish and notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut and some fruit notes of melon and apricot. São Francisco is a super approachable, easy-going coffee, with the classic Brazilian taste profile of low acidity, soft, rounded body and naturally sweet. We often release highly expressive and fruity coffees, but this is always a very popular flavour profile!
