John Joseph Coffee · United States
Barrel Aged Blends
Every other month we get a fresh barrel from Wollersheim Distillery, and in that barrel we put some of our freshest green coffee from a new and wonderful place. Sometimes it's Bourbon, sometimes it's Rye, and sometimes it's something new and interesting. Then, we wait, as the green coffee absorbs new and powerful flavors for our roaster, John, to play with. In the end, these are our most powerfully flavored beans, basically a caramelized variety of whatever that bean used to be. We blend these into other coffees constantly, so feel free to play if you find these to be too much all by themselve
