We developed this coffee specifically for the ViCAFE at Work channel. In addition to the terroir, the slightly darker roast reduces acidity and adds more body. This coffee is particularly well-suited for fully automatic machines. The beans are easy to work with and allow for the extraction of a sweet, well-rounded coffee with clear chocolate notes. Whether enjoyed with milk or black, this coffee is smooth and balanced—something many appreciate. The beans come from Campo das Vertentes, a region in Minas Gerais, Brazil, north of São Paulo.
