You asked for it, and now you have it! This blend is for the coffee drinker who likes it dark. A traditional style French roast that is roasted and smokey, with a little bite. We utilize coffee that is grown at high elevations in order to preserve the flavor through the roasting process. French roasts are longer and hotter than other roasts, and high-elevation coffee is more dense, so it is able to handle this extreme process.
