에티오피아 게데오 첼베사의 단체 워싱 스테이션에서 가공한 내추럴 커피입니다. 잘 익은 망고의 열대 과일 향이 앞서고, 딸기 사탕 같은 달콤함과 만다린의 밝은 산미가 뒤를 잇습니다. 표현력이 풍부하면서도 잡미 없이 깨끗한 컵입니다. 단체는 DAK이 올해 가장 주목한 워싱 스테이션 중 하나로, 과일 풍미가 선명하고 깨끗한 커피를 꾸준히 내놓는 곳입니다. 해발 2,000~2,300m에서 1~2헥타르 규모로 커피를 재배하는 약 400명의 농가에서 체리를 수매하며, 유기농 인증을 받은 스테이션입니다.
