We roast our favorite decaf medium dark. We find it delightfully smooth, with a cinnamon sweetness. It blends well with our caffeinated Mexican coffee for a half-caff, drink-all-day treat. Origin: Mexico Region: Altos de Chiapas Varietal: Bourbon, Typica, Mundo Novo Elevation: 100-1,800 MASL Processing: Washed Roasting Wood: Hickory This coffee has been decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, which is similar to Swiss Water Process.
