Process: Washed Importer: Atlas Coffee Importers Tasting Notes: Apricot, Grapefruit, Rooibos SOURCE Shinzingo AMCOS was formed in 2012 as Shinzidiwili FG (Farmers Group) by members from 9 nearby villages (the name combines Shinzingo and Idiliwi villages). Members processed coffee parchment at home. Since then, the AMCOS has grown in both members and volume and in 2019 the group decided to procduced washed coffee and set up a Washing Station/Central Processing Unit (CPU).
