Guatemala - Finca El Chalun
It is single farm Guatemala season at Boxx, and El Chalun is our first from Edilma Chavez in San Antonio Huista. We cupped under ten Guatemalans from our Central American table and this one stood out for its creamy body and pistachio sweetness. On the cupping table it showed creamy, pistachio, lemon, and floral. It is a round bodied, sweet and easy going cup from Huehuetenango that rewards attention as it cools.
