Colombia - Finca El Diviso / Gesha
This is our first time working with a Gesha variety from Finca El Diviso, and it came to us through one of the more deliberate sourcing rounds we have run this season. We cupped over 20 coffees from Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Panama as we were building out our USBC Finals selection for Brandon. This lot was chosen specifically for his milk course. On the cupping table it was a bright coffee with bubblegum sweetness, peach acidity, violet and lemon notes.
