Selected from the Huila region, this exceptional coffee is decaffeinated using fermented sugar cane juice in order to retain the essential coffee flavour. Expect a very smooth coffee with a very nice mouthfeel and a medium finish. Our Colombian E.A. (ethyl acetate) decaf is special in more ways than one: First, it’s cupped specifically for quality and sourced by single origin, either region or farm.
