Notes of honey, green apple, and graham cracker make a sweet, inviting cup for filter coffee or espresso. Whole bean coffee available in 12 oz and 24 oz bags. From smallholder farms in southern Huila, Colombia, this coffee brings a welcoming balance of sweetness, rounded body, and lively acidity. It is decaffeinated close to origin at Descafecol in Manizales, Caldas, using a direct-contact ethyl acetate (EA) process, commonly known as sugarcane decaffeination.
