This marks a milestone for us as we are sourcing Ethiopian coffee through Primavera Green Coffee for the first time. We have not had a classic washed Ethiopian like this in two years, and the profile is exactly what we look for in a washedEthiopian coffee. On our pour-over brews from the bar, it showed a green tea mouthfeel, lemon candy sweetness, peach acidity, with mint and basil notes.
