INFORMATION TASTING NOTES VARIETIES The very first micro-lot of coffee has been harvested from our little two-apple farm in Matagalpa, Nicaragua. It's not much. One-hundred pounds green, at most. That's a meager yield from 5,800 trees. Next harvest I'm expecting 3-4,000 pounds, so we're just getting started. It's exciting to see the coffee trees growing up and looking like a real farm.
