INFORMATION TASTING NOTES VARIETIES The Tarrazu Valley is renowned for its superb coffee. Before Bill McAlpin brought his La Minita coffee to the east coast of the United States, the best of the best was all shipped to Europe. These pristine coffees are known as Euro-prep, which means every coffee bean is hand-sorted to remove defects. The fact that La Minita is hand-sorted three times means it is near perfect.
