Jairo Arcila is a third-generation coffee grower from Quindío, Colombia, who has spent decades working with coffee and has developed a reputation for some pretty unusual experiments in processing. We're big fans of people who are willing to get a little weird with their craft. This particular lot comes from his Santa Mónica farm, sitting between 1,450 and 1,500 meters above sea level.
