Ethiopia Kercha Sundried Sun-dried coffees bring a different kind of personality to the party, letting the fruit-forward side of the coffee shine. This year, Moplaco took on the Kercha drying station for the first time, bringing experienced team members from its Chelelektu center to oversee the process.
