Snowfield Espresso Blend combines the best from small farms in El Salvador, Columbia, and Ethiopia to create an espresso with balanced notes of dark chocolate, caramel and a bright fruit finish. Specific combinations include a Las Delicious Pacamara, sourced from the Menendez Farm in El Salvador; Colombia LaVirgen from Estela Londono in Colombia, and an Ethiopian Guji from Genuine Origin. Blind Assessment: Evaluated as espresso. Deep-toned, richly chocolaty. Dark chocolate, pecan praline, lily, golden raisin, cedar in aroma and small cup.
