We taste rich milk chocolate and almond flavor along with a juicy body in this Honduras medium roast. Many of the coffee shops we provide for use this bean for their espresso. Sourcing Details: Ludwing Aguilar produced this micro-lot on a 100-acre farm called El Alto located in the municipality of La Labor in the department of Ocotepeque. Ludwing uses his own micro-mill to process harvested cherries, which allows for meticulous care in depulping, fermenting, and drying the coffee. During the harvest he employs 50 people.
