Onyx Coffee - Geometry
A staple mixed variety, mixed origin house roast from Onyx. This light roast presents a fantastic blend of washed Ethiopia and Colombian coffees. Expect orange blossom, honey and those lighter tea-like notes. Think Earl Grey. Geometry is ideal for the brewer who wants an easy to dial in espresso, or a lighter tea like brew in filter. With delicate notes, owing to the washed process. What is the roast recency? Onyx recommend brewing with beans that are at least two weeks off roast . All beans are roasted to peak flavour at around 8-12 weeks. We have the option to either purchase standard beans
