Our Peru Organic is spicy with a silky body and balanced acidity. It is bold in the front of the cup with heavy pepper and clove notes providing a sharpness on your tongue. The spiciness fades in the middle of the cup and it finishes with notes of vanilla sweetness and some hints of dark chocolate.
