Rincon Red Blend
Dark doesn't have to mean bitter, and Rincon Red is how we prove it. This is a deep, complex blend of coffees from Africa and Central America, roasted French. The cup is heavy bodied, with hints of wood, earth and wine-like notes. It goes down smooth and dark, but never bitter. Think of it as the dark roast for people who want something more complex than smoke. There's a lot going on in this cup, and it rewards a slow first sip. Rincon Red is sold in 12 oz and 5 lb bags. Whole bean is there for home grinders; everyone else can pick a drip, pour over cone or French press grind. You'll also find
