Notes of bourbon, cinnamon, and butterscotch create a layered cup that feels both familiar and unexpected, with the barrel character enhancing rather than overwhelming the coffee itself. Produced by Finca El Colomba in El Salvador , this coffee was aged in freshly-drained bourbon barrels from Lockwood Distilling Company in Richardson, Texas .
