Roaster's Notes: These new premium Ethiopian beans from the Yirgacheffe region are big and bold. Using our old roast profiles has yielded a dark coffee with huge notes of dark berry and fruit. As always we are still experimenting to bring out these beans unique character. The Cup: Balanced, juicy, sweet, and soft with berry, plum, praline, and floral flavors.
