Brazil Pocos de Caldas, Sul de Minas Gerais natural - 1100-1300M Varietals: Yellow Bourbon, Catuai & Catucai Screen: 15+ This beautiful Brazilian coffee is a bit higher elevation and has nice clean separation of flavours but most notably you will get hit with a big hit (like IN YOUR FACE) of natural roasty peanut butter when you open the bag. It also comes through clearly in the cup along with some clean stone fruit notes and bits of dark chocolate. We pushed this roast a little bit for pulling really great espresso shots and to blend with milk but, like all of our coffees, it's delicious as a
