WHOLESALE - Rwanda
Grown at the foothills of Virunga National Park, this coffee comes from Rwanda’s highest-elevation washing station. The volcanic soil, cool temps, and misty mountain climate create ideal conditions for vibrant, complex flavors. Shyira works with nearly 1,900 small-holder farmers who deliver only their best cherries for the harvest. Each lot represents a small group of top producers, resulting in a coffee that’s both distinctive and deeply intentional, shaped by care and long-term relationships at origin. ROAST: light REGION: nyabihu, rwanda PROCESS: Fully washed VARIETY: red bourbon ALTITUDE:
