This light roast comes from Kiganjo Factory in Kenya’s Kiambu County, where farmers of the Thiririka Farmers Cooperative Society grow coffee at elevations up to 1,800 meters. This washed lot is carefully fermented, washed, and sun-dried on raised beds, producing a complex cup with a smooth and fruity sweetness. This high-grown Kenyan coffee is a show-stopper.
