EL CANSADO, Decaf
El Cansado is a remarkable decaf from the highlands of Oaxaca, Mexico. Proof that removing caffeine should never mean sacrificing flavour. Grown by a close-knit community of smallholder farmers with generations of tradition behind them, and decaffeinated using a completely natural process, this is a coffee that stands proudly on its own merits.
