CESMACH (Campesinos Ecologicos de la Sierra Madre de Chiapas) Fair Trade-Organic-Shade Grown-Sustainable-Smallholder Medium Bodied-Hints of Dark Chocolate-Clean Finish Located in the highlands of the Sierra Madres de Chiapas, is the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. One of the few activities allowed in this rare and valuable sanctuary is organic farming. All coffee is shade grown and organic certified.
