Grown in limited quantities on our family estate in South Kona, Hawaiʻi, this 100% Kona coffee is produced exclusively from the celebrated Gesha variety, also commonly spelled Geisha . For this coffee, we use the Natural Process : carefully selected ripe coffee cherries are dried whole, with the fruit surrounding the coffee seed throughout drying. This method requires careful monitoring and allows the Gesha variety to express an intensely aromatic, fruit-forward character with lay
