Ojo de Agua
Proyecto Ojo de Agua brings together smallholder coffee producers farming around Ciudad Vieja and San Miguel Escobar on the slopes of Volcán de Agua, Guatemala. The project began with just eight producers, many working plots of less than one hectare. For the 2025–26 harvest, that number has grown to nearly 40 as more producers from the surrounding community have joined. Since 2024, producers have delivered carefully selected ripe cherry to Beneficio La Esperanza, the wet mill operated by our longtime partners at Los Volcanes Coffee.
