The La Pirámide is one of our most favorite coffees to share with the Pacific Northwest! Three hundred small scale coffee producers contribute to this exceptional coffee. In Colombia, most coffee producers work small plots of land, typically less than 5 acres. If the producers don't work together their coffees can often be over looked by roasters seeking higher volumes. Together this community grows the coffee at very high elevations between 1,700 - 2,000 meters above sea level.
