We close out our Holiday “Tour de Force” with perhaps the most iconic coffee in the American lexicon. The Kona Coffee Belt stretches from Kalaoa to Milolii, approximately 45 miles, along the southwest coast of the “Big Island” of Hawaii. Our coffee is grown in what is considered the Golden Corridor at the Belt’s southern tip along a 22-mile stretch of the old Mamalahoa Highway and is sourced by Aloha Farms Hawaii, the largest co-op of Kona Coffee farms with on-site processing and milling. Peaberry’s are rare, making up 3-7% of an entire crop, and results from only one bean, instead of the norm
