Ethiopia Anasora Natural Process
This vibrant, natural-process Ethiopian is bursting with notes of strawberry candy and mango. A clean, citrusy acidity finishes out the cup beautifully. Coffee Details This special cup comes from a private coffee estate in the Guji zone of Ethiopia's Oromia Region. It is managed and owned by Israel Degfa, a second-generation coffee farmer. He has won multiple international awards for his outstanding coffee. Most of the coffee from Ana Sora is natural processed, where the coffee cherries are dried with the fruit intact, imparting a super sweet, jammy flavor to the bean. Brew Recipes
