Las Delicias is situated on the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range in the Atiquizaya province, with an elevation ranging from 1.300 meters to 1.900 meters above sea level; however, in El Salvador, coffee only grows up to 1.750 meters, due to the country's position in latitude and longitude. Above the coffee plantation at 1,750 meters, the property comprises 8 hectares of virgin, native canopy forest, extending to the very summit of the mountain.
