ESPRESSO – Mellan/mörkrost Grandi
A creamy and nice espresso that also feels fresh. A modern take of espresso for those who are tired of the burnt flavors in espresso. This is the darkest coffee COZO roast. I base in this coffee is always 50% Brazilian sun dried coffee. It can differs from time to time as I like to try different farms from Brazil, but always sun-dried to get the most creama out of the shots. Then I almost always use a bit of the GUATEMALA washed bean from the farm La Colina.
