This washed Pink Bourbon comes from Finca La Esperanza, a four-hectare coffee farm at 1,700 meters in Pitalito, in the south of Huila, Colombia. Carlos Ramón Díaz and his wife Luisa bought the farm about twenty-seven years ago — Carlos had been working other farms across southern Huila and had learned the crop from them — and today their three grown children farm it alongside them, each working their own lots as well.
