This is a standout example of coffees from the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, with slight spice on the nose and notes of cocoa and toasted nuts with balanced sweetness and lemony acidity. We roast this to a solid medium level which brings out the caramel flavors and provides a smooth, round body. It's an all-around crowd pleaser that works great in a variety of preparations.
