Medium Roast: Hints of purple fruit and chocolate on the nose. In the cup berries, praline, raisin, and deep chocolate play in a creamy body. Cooling brings orange and raspberry. Origin: Huehuetenango Mountains of Guatemala Producer: grown by the ELLA co-operative of 276 women farmers Coffee Varieties: Bourbon, Caturra, Catuaí Processing Method: Fully washed, with concrete patio drying for 7-10 days Harvest Time: February to May Altitude: 1,700 to 2,100 meters above sea level (MASL)
