Origin Amka Mliamaji is produced in the highlands surrounding Lake Kivu, high elevation and equatorial climate create ideal conditions for Red Bourbon coffee. The farms sit between approximately 1,800-2,000 metres above sea level, rooted in mineral-rich volcanic soils and exposed to cool nights. Harvest & Processing This lot is composed entirely of Red Bourbon and has been selected by TREVO in two distinct processing styles: a carefully managed natural and a clean washed expression. For the natural lot, ripe cherries are dried whole on raised African beds, turned continuously to ensure control
