Colombia Perlitas De Chiroso - Extended Fermentation Nano-Lot Varietal Super Blend
COLOMBIA PERLITAS DE CHIROSO - EXTENDED FERMENTATION NANO-LOT VARIETAL SUPER BLEND ORANGE SODA, BLOOD ORANGE, PEACH + YELLOW CHERRY A juicy and fresh offering filled with lovely orange and red fruit flavors. Our newest Perlitas offering is a compilation of Chiroso lots too small to separate alone. We're left with what I'm calling an extended fermentation regional varietal nano-lot super blend. All that to say it's delicious and dynamic. We super grateful to have it back after a season off. Flavors of orange soda, blood orange, peach, and yellow cherry. BEAN DETAILS: ORIGIN: U rrao, Antioqu
