Grown at Finca La Esperanza in Costa Rica’s Central Valley, this Catigua microlot is processed at Las Lajas Micromill using their distinctive Black Diamond natural method. Carefully selected, high-sugar cherries ferment in thick layers before being spread thin to finish drying, developing a rich, fruit-forward profile. The cup offers notes of jammy cranberry, milk chocolate, cocoa, and clove, complemented by lively, boozy acidity and a gentle sugary sweetness.
