Mexico 16 oz
Mexican coffees are light bodied with good acidity and delicate flavors. This varietal has hints of honey and cocoa. Mexico produces coffee beans that are large in size and are very attractive after roasting. Generally Mexican coffees are light bodied, have a medium acidity, and delicate flavors. Mexico tends to produce very aromatic coffee and because of the mild taste tend to be excellent as a blending variety by allowing the characteristics of stronger varieties to come through unhindered, while preserving the unique flavors of the Mexican bean.
