Our unique aging process gives our beans a smooth, rich, and full body mixed with a truly distinct bourbon flavor. We age our raw, ethically sourced South American green beans in a freshly dumped Eagle Rare Bourbon Barrel until perfectly infused, then finish the beans off by gently roasting to a perfect medium roast.
