Desde Pueblo Bello, Nabusimake, en la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, nace este Castillo natural cultivado en territorio arhuaco, una comunidad indígena con una profunda conexión con la tierra y la tradición cafetera. Nabusimake significa «la tierra donde nace el sol» en lengua ikun. Su producción reúne a más de 45 familias que cultivan pequeños lotes de café de especialidad, preservando su identidad cultural y apostando por la trazabilidad y el impacto social.
