Daydream - Ethiopia Guji
Daydream is a natural process coffee from the Shakisho, Guji region of Ethiopia. This coffee was produced by Ismael Hassen of the Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm PLC coffee estate. This coffee variety is an indigenous cultivar of Ethiopia that was isolated and reproduced to remain disease-resistant as it evolved. This coffee is uniquely sweet and candy-like. With notes of strawberry, citrus blossom, and cocoa, this coffee tastes like wonder and imagination.
