Guatemala - Barrel aged #3
Limitovaná edice, naše třetí barrelovka. Před dvěma lety jsme kávu nechali zrát v sudu po whisky, loni po rumu a hořkém pomeranči. Tentokrát je to praná Guatemala od rodiny Jacinto, kterou jsme před pražením nechali 21 dní zrát v sudu z lihovaru Landcraft . V tom sudu nejdřív zrála whisky a po ní ještě brandy, takže káva z něj nasála obojí. V šálku tmavá čokoláda, sušená švestka, melasa a lesní med. Odrůda Bourbon z farmy Familia Jacinto v oblasti Ojo de Agua, Huehuetenango, z výšky 1 800 m n. m. Pražená jako omni, chutná z filtru i z espressa.
