ABOUT THE BLEND This is white coffee (IYKYK) at the best. For the uninitiated; we roast coffee until it is the color of a peanut and then use special grinders (the beans are hard as rocks) to grind it for espresso. After that, you pull untamped shots in your espresso machine. Think of it as caffeine plus all the other antioxidents in coffee, just without coffee flavor. Low acidity and super light body. Best when paired with your flavor in a milky drink. TASTING NOTES Notes of fresh hay, nutty, and earthy.
