Our story about the coffee Unser Hazelnut Dal besteht aus einem gewaschenen Arabica und einem Anteil gewaschenen Robusta aus Indien. Immer wieder kam die Nachfrage, nach einem richtig kräftigen Kaffee. Da wir in der Regel unsere Kaffees eher hell bis medium rösten und die Auswahl vorwiegend auf fruchtige Rohkaffees fallen, wollen wir mit diesem Blend mal etwas ausbrechen. Ziel war es einen Espresso zu entwickeln, der einen kräftigen Body hat, eine fette Crema erzeugen kann und besonders in Kombination mit einer Siebträgermaschine und Vollautomaten funktioniert.
